A little clarity.
Before takeoff.
Questions about planning a project, choosing a service or working together.
What kind of projects can I enquire about?
Real estate media, weddings and private shoots, construction progress documentation, and promotional photography or video. Tell us your idea and we’ll discuss the right approach.
Where do you work?
Capital Drones serves the Capital Region, focusing on Ottawa and Gatineau. Share the project address or general location so travel and site suitability can be discussed.
What happens if the weather changes?
Aerial capture depends on weather, site conditions and applicable flight requirements. Scheduling and any alternative arrangements are agreed for your project.
Can you fly at any location?
Every location needs to be assessed before a shoot. Access, airspace, permissions and the conditions on the day can affect whether aerial capture is possible.
How much does a project cost?
Scope, location, capture time and editing all affect the proposal. Send a short inquiry for a project-specific discussion. Pricing and delivery timing are agreed for each project.
What files will I receive?
Photo and video deliverables, formats, editing, intended use and delivery timing are agreed before the project. Let us know where the content will be used.
Is this footage your portfolio?
No. This private design preview uses a licensed stock aerial clip and still frames to demonstrate the visual experience. Original Capital Drones work will be added only with confirmed rights and permission.
